Visit us here to find out more about Industry X.0Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions for IBM MAS 9. As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with the rest of Tech Arch team as well as cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements.ResponsibilitiesNon-functional requirements design/build/testPlanning of Maximo (MAS9) disaster recovery test, coordinating the execution of disaster recovery test with client and other vendorsEnvironment planning, understanding dependencies/inter dependencies by working closely with client and other vendorsResponsible for defining monitoring parameters of Maximo application, including infrastructure, operational and security monitoring, and alertingLead/guide onshore and offshore team members with some of daily activitiesBeing able to support multiple teams including test, deployment, conversion, and change management in with their environment’s requirements or troubleshootingTune JVMs and their parameters for better performance, JMS setup and tuningWork with client security team to remediate potential security vulnerabilities at web and application layerRequirementsExperience with Maximo integration technologies (MIF, MEA, Object structures, services, channels, etc.)Experience working in agile software development environments.Experience working on multiple project and multi-taskingExperience with Azure, DevOpsExperience in Maximo integration with other application.Experience with database turning, being able to read/analyze AWR report and make recommendations Must have solid experience with Maximo set up and configuration. Must know Server clustering, Load Balancing, server configuration, App Server Configuration.Must have the ability to manage and ensure the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in assigned program.Experience with operating systems, networking, and firewall conceptsExperience with security (SSL, data encryption, system user accounts, directory servers)Experience with web protocols including SMTP and LDAPKnowledge of query languages like SQL/PLSQLEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
