Marketing Project Manager

Compensation: Base salary starting at $65,000 The Role Own intake, prioritization and execution of marketing projects from start to finish. Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams. Lead project kickoffs and ensure clear alignment on scope, expectations, and success criteria. Coordinate across creative, growth, leadership, and external partners to keep work moving. Track progress in a project management system and hold owners accountable for execution. Experience with project management systems or workflow tools is strongly preferred. Strong communicator who can drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across multiple stakeholders. Naturally structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum or quality. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift and problem-solving is constant.
