Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Family Law Attorney in Seattle, WA. This role involves leading consultations, shaping case strategies, and mentoring attorneys. The position is ideal for someone passionate about family law and committed to helping families navigate challenging times with empathy and expertise. Responsibilities Conduct 40-60 Legal Roadmap Sessions monthly to guide new clients. Create Primary Strategy Memos for signed cases. Lead technical huddles and provide strategy support during critical moments. Develop firm-wide templates from successful arguments and motions. Produce Technical Tips of the Week when necessary. Requirements 7-10+ years of Washington family law experience, including trial and negotiation. Active Washington State Bar License in good standing. Ability to lead consultations without pressuring clients. Comfort with high consultation volume while maintaining quality. Alignment with collaborative family law; formal training is a plus. Openness to AI-assisted work. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active Washington State Bar License. Skills Strong consultation and communication skills. Strategic thinking and case management. Mentorship and leadership abilities. Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Gong. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
