Senior Business Data Analyst

Leading client engagements in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior Business Data Analyst will translate complex business questions into structured analytical solutions, utilizing deep SQL skills and AI tools to enhance decision-making processes. Key responsibilities Lead client-facing discovery sessions to document and prioritize business requirements Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical work, including data models and dashboards Apply AI tooling to enhance deliverables and drive proactive analysis of trends and opportunities Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or analytics consultant, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role Expertise in SQL, including window functions and performance tuning Strong data modeling fundamentals and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses and BI tools Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations and align stakeholders Working fluency with AI tools for analytical work and a clear understanding of their benefits and risks
