Operational Specialist

LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to multiple departments, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service to internal teams and clients. Primary Responsibilities Review and organize incoming documents, ensuring they are accurately filed within the appropriate client accounts. Provide administrative and operational assistance to client service and operations teams. Coordinate with the firm's clearing partner and internal operations departments to resolve account-related and operational matters. Partner closely with Account Executives and senior leadership to support business objectives and client needs. Develop expertise in operational processes and serve as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues across the organization. Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of one year of experience in the brokerage, investment, or financial services industry. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, collaborative, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
