Job Description Summary As a NetSuite Administrator at VSG, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite ERP system. You will play a key role in ensuring the system's optimal performance, supporting business processes, and providing technical expertise to end‑users. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with various departments will be crucial to our operational success. Responsibilities System Administration: Manage NetSuite ERP system, including user setup, roles, permissions, and security. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including workflows, scripts, and reports. Data Management: Ensure data integrity, perform data imports/exports, and manage data cleanup activities. Support and Training: Provide technical support to end‑users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency. Process Improvement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements. Integration Management: Oversee integrations with other business systems and third‑party applications. System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, perform regular audits, and manage system updates and upgrades. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and implement security best practices. Project Management: Lead and participate in NetSuite‑related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficient in NetSuite administration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. Experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration tools is a plus. Real‑world experience of WMS and/or Advanced Manufacturing is a plus. Familiarity with the considerations of working across multiple subsidiaries. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Detail‑Oriented: Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality. Certifications: NetSuite Administrator certification is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other ERP systems and integration platforms. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and supply chain management. Physical Demands Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
