Medical Records TechnicianScanning, indexing, and filing of non-electronic medical and administrative information/forms.Maintains daily log of documents scanned, filed, and indexed.Responds to customer requests for information in a positive and efficient manner.Performs qualitative reviews on work performed by self and other scanned documents.
