Senior Desktop Support Technician | Willmar

CentraCare is looking for a hardworking individual that knows healthcare information systems or wants to learn about them to join our IS Desktop Support Health System Team. This position provides technical support in the area of Desktop Support to the Information Systems Department. In this role you will train new staff on computer hardware. The position sets new policy standards of how to load and maintain desktop software, printers, and other computer devices. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Willmar Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm or 7am-3:30pm After hours on-call rotation begins after 6 months from date of hire Travel to other CentraCare sites on occasion Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $27.25 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $27.25- $40.88 per hour Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications: High school diploma required Associate’s degree or two years of specialized computer training preferred
