Must have knowledge of power electronics, Si device field, hands-on development experience in prototype built in MHz DC/DC converter.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesSpecify key MOSFET parameters for DC/DC converterValidation the performance power device in DC/DC converterGain customer and application knowledge and understand power MOSFET usage in end applicationBenchmarking of competitor's parts and writing promotion materials such as evaluation report, application notesEvaluation board built upSystem simulation model built upQualificationsMS (Ph.D preferred) in Electrical EngineeringKnowledgeable in power conversion topologies, power device, magnetics and control loop designLab skills in using Oscilloscope, function generators and test equipmentExperience with Matlab/Simulink, SIMetrix, Pspice/Ltspice, Ansys simulationGood communication skillsTeam playerAlpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc is committed to diversity in our workplace.
