About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and direct its financial strategy and daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring reliable financial reporting, managing budgeting, financial statement preparation, cash flow oversight, and tax-related activities. This role requires a hands-on approach to accounting, the ability to balance strategic oversight with detailed operational work, and experience in supervising staff and building productive working relationships. Key responsibilities for the CFO include partnering with the CEO, leadership team, and Board of Directors to provide clear financial analysis, forecasts, and performance updates. The successful candidate will also be involved in establishing and strengthening internal controls, financial procedures, and reporting systems, as well as ensuring compliance with government reporting obligations and regulatory expectations. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting strategic planning, participating in major organizational decisions, and guiding the administration and improvement of financial software and related service systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains Accounting and familiarity with business planning and control tools is required, along with knowledge of healthcare analytics to support organizational decision-making.
