This full-time, onsite opportunity in Orland Park, IL, offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced workweek without weekend shifts. The role is temp-to-hire, allowing you to demonstrate your skills and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile IV medications, including IVIG, adhering to USP standards and aseptic technique.
• Support home infusion pharmacy operations by accurately compounding and labeling medications.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Assist pharmacists in ensuring timely and precise delivery of medication therapies to patients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and inventory control.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience in home infusion or infusion pharmacy environments.
• Proficient in sterile IV compounding and knowledgeable of USP guidelines.
• Previous IVIG preparation experience is highly valued.
• PTCB Certification or CPhT preferred for added credentials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
