FTE: 1.0 | Shift: Day | Schedule: 40 hours/week Compensation + Bonus Licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW): $35.87 - $51.61/hour Associate (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC, LASW): $31.32 - $45.09/hour $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus (available to eligible external candidates meeting experience requirements) Compensation is determined based on licensure level, experience, and qualifications. Bonus subject to applicable terms and conditions. We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our behavioral health team. This opportunity is open to both licensed clinicians and associate‑level therapists working toward independent licensure. Providers must meet the Washington State definition of a Mental Health Professional. Responsibilities (Licensed Mental Health Professional) Conduct psychiatric/psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams. Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Deliver evidence‑based and supportive interventions (CBT, skills training, etc.). Monitor patient outcomes and evaluate treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation. Collaborate with clinical team and referral sources. Requirements (Licensed Mental Health Professional) Active WA license ( LMHC, LMFT, LICSW ). Master's degree in behavioral health field. Driver's License/Abstract. Responsibilities (Associate Mental Health Professional) Provide person‑centered counseling, advocacy, and case management. Develop treatment plans with measurable outcomes. Deliver individual and/or group therapy under supervision. Tailor interventions to meet diverse patient needs. Maintain documentation and meet agency standards. Collaborate with care team and support patient care coordination. Requirements (Associate Mental Health Professional) Active WA associate license ( LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC, LASW ). Eligible for and participating in clinical supervision. Master's degree in behavioral health field. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $35.87 - $51.61 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
