To accomplish this, Kodiak focuses on providing internal professional development and training, as well as the best benefits package in the industry.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leading the design of packages and stations to ensure specifications and performance metrics are met as outlined by the Director of Fleet & Capital Purchasing, Stations Construction Group, customers, and industry standardsReviewing and approving field evaluations to measure and record compression unit and station performance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of dataIdentifying, diagnosing, and leading resolution efforts for inefficiencies or malfunctions in compression units and station systemsReviewing and approving drawings by designers and/or vendors to ensure stations and compression units meet Kodiak design criteria and applicable industry standardsProviding technical guidance and oversight to engineers and designers in the development of electrical and control system designsCollaborating with Sales, Operations, and Construction teams to ensure that customer requirements and special provisions are effectively incorporated into station and package designsSupporting project execution by contributing to scope development, timelines, and design reviewsLeading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for system or equipment failuresDriving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost optimizationEnsuring compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and engineering standards (e.g., ASME, NEC, B31.3, B31.8)Attending all required Kodiak safety trainings and ensuring adherence to all Kodiak safety requirementsPromoting and reinforcing a strong safety culture for both yourself and fellow Kodiak employeesMentoring and developing entry-level and junior engineersKodiak Gas Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status.SummaryLocation: TX - The Woodlands, Corporate HQType: Full time
