Pharmacist

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist to support both an outpatient (retail) pharmacy and an inpatient hospital setting. This role offers a mix of patient-facing responsibilities and clinical pharmacy services within a collaborative care environment. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and professional standards Review and verify medication orders from physicians and authorized prescribers for accuracy, potential drug interactions, and allergy concerns Prepare and compound intravenous medications using established formulas and sterile processes Serve as a resource to healthcare staff and patients by answering medication-related questions and providing guidance Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Maintain strict patient and organizational confidentiality at all times Requirements Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy Active Pharmacist license in the State of Michigan Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred, though candidates with strong foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Vital Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer.
