We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in the production of roof flashings and other roof accessories. The role involves the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal products while ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes.

• Operate machinery and tools for cutting, bending, and assembling sheet metal components.
• Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications.

• Basic labor experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate tools and machinery.
• Effective English communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and assist in other departments.
• Strong attention to detail for quality and safety standards.

• Soldering and/or sheet metal experience.
• Experience in general labor, assembly, and fabrication.

This position operates within a busy and dynamic manufacturing facility focused on the fabrication of sheet metal products. The role involves significant hands-on work, requiring employees to be physically active throughout their shifts. Safety protocols are a top priority, with PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots required. The work environment encourages collaboration and communication among team members, with a structured workflow for production and quality control. Employees must be adaptable to changing demands and priorities. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
