About the Role

This is a senior, customer-facing measurement strategy role at a data infrastructure and analytics company serving some of the world's largest enterprise brands. You'll sit at the intersection of Commercial, Services Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Data Science — acting as a trusted advisor who guides clients from measurement use case design all the way through to value realization. It's a high-visibility position where your expertise directly shapes how major advertisers understand and optimize their media investments.

What You'll Do

• Partner with enterprise brand and agency clients to develop Learning Agendas, surfacing hypotheses and opportunities backed by rigorous data analysis.

• Guide customers through the full measurement lifecycle — from use case scoping and experimental design to insight delivery and performance optimization.

• Serve as a product and media expert, driving platform adoption and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

• Build and sustain executive and operational relationships, earning trusted-advisor status across client organizations.

• Collaborate with Commercial team members to identify upsell, renewal, and analytics services opportunities.

• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and internal and external initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of customer-facing, consultative account management experience at a SaaS, AdTech, media agency, or digital media services firm.

• 5+ years specifically as a measurement strategist, marketing analyst, or data analyst in media, advertising, or marketing-mix measurement environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in media measurement methodologies, attribution modeling (MMM and/or MTA), and incrementality testing frameworks.

• Proven track record delivering measurement strategy and analytics insights to enterprise-level brand and agency clients in a consulting or advisory capacity.

• Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and analysis; comfort working with large-scale datasets and complex data warehouse environments.

• Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

• Experience designing and executing A/B testing or incrementality experimentation frameworks.

• Deep understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem — TV, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, publishers — including how they're bought and how they work together.

• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, or media planning and buying platforms is a strong plus.

• Background in management or strategy consulting with media or marketing clients is advantageous.

Open to candidates based in San Francisco (CA), New York (NY), Seattle (WA), or Little Rock (AR). Remote considered for exceptional candidates; Pacific Time hours required.
