Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and client engagement Execute targeted marketing initiatives aimed at prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize strategies for growth and engagement Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels
