Financial Planning Analyst

A well-established, family-owned manufacturer is looking for an FP&A Analyst to own their rolling forecast, annual budget process, and variance reporting. This is a hands‑on seat on a lean, growing finance team that's actively building AI‑assisted workflows into everyday analytical work, not a "nice to have," but genuinely part of how the team operates. You’ll build and maintain financial models, partner directly with department leaders on budget‑to‑actual analysis, and have real input into the tools and processes the team uses going forward. This is a hybrid role based out of Eastern Washington, ideal for someone based in or open to regularly commuting from the broader Pacific Northwest.
