Our team is growing, and we are looking to add a Full Time Treatment Coordinator our long-standing team in Canton, GA. Located at 3682 Sixes Road Canton, GA 30114.

BridgeMill Dentistry is an established dental practice with a history of serving families in and around Cherokee County, GA. We are tremendously committed to what we do because we recognize how important good oral health is to our patients. Founded in 2002, the practice is one of the larger ones in the area, but remains committed to a very personalized treatment philosophy and friendly environment. Every member of our team knows that the best relationships between healthcare providers and their patients start with trust.

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment options, navigate insurance benefits, and confidently move forward with their dental care.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology and insurance processing.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay based on experience ($22-28/hr)
• Full time benefits include medical, vision, dental, disability, uniform allowance and time off

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and associated costs
• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient treatment flow
• Able to help with insurance verification submit claims, and follow up on outstanding claims or billing issues
• Explain insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and financial arrangements to patients
• Present payment plans and financing options with clarity and confidence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and insurance information in Eagelesoft
• Conduct follow-up communication regarding treatment acceptance and upcoming appointments

Requirements:

• Previous dental experience
• Insurance verification experience
• Eaglesoft experience a plus

Full-Time Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Occasional Friday from 7:30am - 1:00pm
