Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Projected Start: September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for acute care patients
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using the facility's EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Float to additional units within the facility as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in an acute care setting
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday day shift schedule
• Compliance with all facility credentialing and onboarding requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and complex rehabilitation needs
• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
