Ultrasound Technician - Night Shift
Location: Florida (Exact city not specified)
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night shift, Monday - Thursday, 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technician with expertise in general, vascular, OB/GYN, and pediatric imaging. The ideal candidate will utilize GE ultrasound machines to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide the best patient care.
- Document and report findings accurately.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification in general, vascular, OB/GYN, and pediatric fields.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Must possess a valid FL or compact ultrasound license.
