As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and support badge procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating concerns through established reporting channels. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Support a professional financial-services environment by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions or assistance, and reporting maintenance, access-control, and other security-related issues. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
