Work Schedule
- MondayFriday
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Schedule automotive service appointments
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and explain repair orders
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle service needs
- Assist the parts department with daily operations
- Work closely with service technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Automotive service or parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Positive attitude and a dependable work ethic
