The assignment runs from August 13th through June 11th, offering a fulfilling academic year experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing services in Language, Speech, & Hearing OR California credential authorizing services as a Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Only onsite applicants will be considered, as this position does not offer virtual or hybrid flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support
• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student success
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to positive team dynamics
