Learn a little more about what we do for the communities we serve and why we want YOU to be a part of it.The Community Loan Closer II serves as the primary point of contact for all Community (Consumer and Small Business) loan closing activities related to approval conditions. This role proactively interacts with branch personnel, multiple internal business lines, and third-party vendors (e.g., title companies, insurance agents, and attorneys) while working with limited supervision. The position effectively communicates with all parties to facilitate the timely collection of loan documentation and ensure compliance with underwriting standards, bank policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.Reviews credit approvals to ensure loan closing conditions, lending authority requirements, and lien perfection requirements are satisfied for Small Business and Consumer loans.Orders and obtains required due diligence items from all submission sources, including branches, customers, internal groups, and third-party vendors. Due diligence items may include title commitments/title searches, UCC searches, evaluations or real estate appraisals, flood determinations, proof of insurance, surveys, entity documents, and other required documentation.Interacts with underwriters, as needed, to ensure approval conditions are satisfied prior to closing.Monitors work queues for loans in process and promptly follows up on ordered vendor documents, requested information from sales personnel or customers, closing date confirmations, and other outstanding items.Communicates and collaborates regularly with bank partners, including sales personnel, underwriters, documentation preparation teams, title companies, attorneys, flood vendors, and other third-party vendors, to ensure loan closing requirements are understood and satisfied.Establishes and maintains effective, open communication with sales personnel to provide loan status updates and obtain responses to questions or requests for additional information.Ensures all due diligence documentation is properly recorded and uploaded to the imaging system (which may occur through the Loan Origination System [LOS]), including regulatory information such as HMDA data.Meets all established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Prepares loan documentation for Small Business and Consumer loan products.Coordinates closing dates, times, and locations with all parties involved, including customers, title companies, and branch personnel.Reviews closing documentation for completeness and accuracy based on approved terms, conditions, and supporting information provided.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.46 to $32.20 per hour in WA and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short- term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
