Acloché is currently hiring Forklift Operators in Delaware, Ohio!

Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, storing, loading, and unloading materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production operations, and ensuring timely shipments.

Essential Responsibilities

Safely unload incoming shipments and place materials in designated storage locations.
Move products, materials, pallets, and crates throughout the facility as needed.
Supply raw materials to production workstations to support manufacturing operations.
Load and prepare outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and report shortages or quality concerns.
Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.
Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous forklift operating experience required.
Ability to operate industrial material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Schedule

Monday-Friday
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour
