Role Overview Server Pay Rate: $18.70 + Tips Server: You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is part of the Front of House service team so great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Must be 18 or older. Other Types of Compensation : Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Retirement Benefits : 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
