Store Manager Trainee

Location 153 Bergen Blvd, Fairview, New Jersey 07022-1937 Staff Management & Development Recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. Coach employees on sales techniques, conflict resolution, and product knowledge. Sales & Financial Oversight Monitor daily and weekly sales performance against targets. Manage the store budget, control labor costs, and analyze data to maximize profitability. Inventory Control Track stock levels, receive shipments, conduct audits, and prevent shrinkage (loss prevention). Customer Experience Model premium service, handle escalations, and ensure the team maintains a welcoming brand environment. Store Operations & Compliance Open and close the store, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
