We provide residential repair and maintenance services across AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN, and TX, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliances, remediation, make-readies, and general maintenance work. Our goal is to provide reliable service, professional communication, and long-term relationships with both clients and contractors. Most technicians work within their local coverage areas handling residential service requests, maintenance work orders, and installation projects.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipmentComplete first-visit service calls within approved NTE limitsSubmit estimates for larger or multi-visit repairs when requiredPerform HVAC system replacements and installation projectsMaintain communication and work order updates through the mobile portal systemCoordinate with dispatch and provide job status updates as neededMaterials for approved jobs are provided by Superior Contracting & MaintenanceRequirementsEPA Certification requiredActive General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)Must own HVAC tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)Comfortable using mobile portals and digital communication systemsMust complete onboarding and portal training before receiving assignmentsValid driver's license requiredMust reside and work within the United StatesDisqualifiersNo active insurance coverageMissing EPA certificationFailure to complete onboarding requirementsPoor communication or unreliable follow-throughNo transportation or HVAC tools availableCompensation & BenefitsDiagnostic trip pay ranges from $65–$85 depending on job type and trade scopeFull HVAC installation labor typically ranges from $1,200–$1,800 depending on project scope and locationFast direct deposit payment after completion approvalNo lead fees, subscription fees, or job board costsFlexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities availableIf you are reliable, experienced, and interested in ongoing HVAC opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
