Location: Johns Creek, GA
Compensation: $100,000–$140,000
A global industrial organization is seeking an experienced Strategic Manager to support corporate strategy, new business development, business planning, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives across the North American market. This role will focus on strengthening existing businesses, identifying new growth opportunities, and developing and executing mid-to-long-term growth strategies.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze North American markets, industry trends, competitors, customers, regulations, supply chains, and value chains
• Develop business growth, market expansion, product extension, and partnership strategies
• Identify new business opportunities across advanced materials, space/defense, energy, and other strategic markets
• Develop market-entry strategies through greenfield expansion, joint ventures, partnerships, and M&A
• Identify and engage prospective strategic partners, customers, and investment targets
• Develop key account strategies and identify synergies across business units
• Structure strategic partnerships and joint ventures and support negotiations
• Conduct commercial due diligence and evaluate strategic fit, synergies, and investment opportunities
• Support M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, and partnerships through outreach, negotiations, contracting, and execution
• Support pilot projects, early-stage commercialization, and long-term growth planning
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, strategic planning, new business development, corporate development, or strategic investments
• Background in manufacturing, industrials, chemicals, advanced materials, automotive-related sectors, or similar industries
• Strong experience with North American market analysis, business planning, and growth strategy
• Experience developing market-entry, expansion, partnership, or new business strategies
• M&A, joint venture, strategic investment, partnership, or deal execution experience preferred
• Strong commercial due diligence, competitive analysis, and strategic planning skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work with external partners and senior stakeholders
• Native-level English proficiency
• Basic Korean communication skills preferred; fluency is not required
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency preferred
Compensation
• $100,000–$140,000 base salary
