Management Analyst II

Virtual Vocations Inc

To provide analysis of institutional activities and recommend alternatives for improved efficiency, the full-time salaried Management Analyst II will perform qualitative analysis of departmental functions, prepare project work plans, and examine departmental operations in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Conduct qualitative analysis of departmental functions for small and large projects Prepare project work plans and schedules while examining departmental operations Coordinate user requirements for automated systems and act as a liaison with data processing personnel Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field Two years of related experience Experience in analyzing departmental operations and workflows Knowledge of project management and scheduling Ability to prepare functional specifications for automated systems
