BrightPath in the Twin Cities is opening a new short-term crisis stabilization home this September, and we’re hiring the Program Coordinator who will help run it from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role. You are not behind a desk — you work five direct care shifts a week, in ratio, alongside the team you're training. You’ll know every young person in the home because you’re in it with them.
