Ford Agency

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting a confident Membership Sales Manager to join a successful and impactful national association. This role will manage the membership sales and implement modern B2B sales strategies to increase new memberships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a membership sales professional looking to work with a motivated team of professionals and also oversee and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage the member support team
Establish trainings and other programs to help staff best support members
Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement and retention
Oversee hiring and training of membership sales team
Accountability for membership sales revenue
Monitor membership sales data, market trends, and forecasts

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in membership sales experience
- C-Suite membership sales experience required
2+ years of experience managing a team
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce

Compensation:

$110,000 - $116,000 annually + Bonus Structure

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
