You would lead your shift at Wendy's by it being fun, fast, friendly, and never out of bacon.

You can handle the customer! Good or Bad! Your goal is to be the boss one day! Let's how em!

You make sure your team members know how things work, and if that is the case you all will have fun while working!

Lastly, you make sure food safety standards and procedures are on point.

What we expect from you:

Have you lead a team within a fast-paced environment before? We want to know!

Giving and taking direction

Flexible work availability

You must be willing and able to:

Stand and move for most of your shift

Lift up to 25-50 lbs.

Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out during the winter etc.

Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
