Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital or color print production environment
- Experience operating Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar digital printing presses preferred
- Strong understanding of color theory, color matching, and calibration tools
- Ability to manage multiple print jobs and machines simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to print quality standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job duties:
- Operate high-speed digital and/or offset color printing equipment.
- Run multiple printers simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency.
- Monitor print jobs to ensure quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
- Perform color calibration and quality checks throughout production runs.
- Follow work orders, job specifications, and production schedules.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
