Dietary Aide

CareCore at Heritage is a skilled nursing facility in Minster, Ohio, seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team and help provide quality meals and excellent service to our residents. If you enjoy working with seniors and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Prepare meal trays and serve food according to resident diet orders.
- Assist with meal service in the dining room and resident rooms.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
- Stock supplies and assist with food preparation as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Work as part of the dietary team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Friendly and professional communication with residents, families, and visitors.
- Ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
- Willingness to learn. No experience is necessary. We provide training!
Available Shifts
- Full‑Time Dietary Aide: Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Part‑Time Dietary Server: Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Part‑Time Dietary Server: Evening Shift, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
