Manager, Indirect Procurement - Orthopaedics Group (Hybrid)

Stryker seeks a Manager of Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships for the Orthopaedics Group across the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on contract negotiation, cost savings, and strategic alignment with business objectives in a hybrid position based in New Jersey, Michigan, Florida, or Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract development to deliver value and manage organizational risk
- Drive end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFx strategy, supplier evaluation, and selection
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost savings and process improvements
- Build and manage key supplier relationships through regular business reviews and performance optimization
- Align sourcing strategies with divisional priorities and enterprise procurement goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance, or related field
- 8 years of experience developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple management levels
- Training in financial analysis, strategic analysis, negotiation, and project management
- Master's degree and/or CPM/CPSM certification preferred
- Subject matter expertise in multiple indirect procurement categories preferred
Compensation: $102,600-$222,300 USD annual (based on pay band)
