We’re excited to bring new team members in! Who You Are You are a registered Dental Hygienist looking for a new opportunity! You’re a team player – someone who’s enthusiastic, energetic and has a desire to grow and learn. You’re comfortable with discussing treatment with patients, skilled in soft tissue management, and motivated by helping our patients develop and maintain good oral health. What You Do Really, Really Well Perform cleanings Apply sealants and fluorides Take and develop X‑Rays Keep track of patient care and treatment plans Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, such as how to brush and floss correctly Sterilize dental instruments and tools Your Ideal Skills and Experience 1+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist Current CPR certification required Basic understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules Benefits We offer a competitive salary, company‑paid CE, paid time off, and medical and retirement benefits (including 401(k) match). Compensation depends on level of experience. The signing bonus assumes employment with the practice or with other practices affiliated with Plum for at least one year.
