Escrow Closer

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Closer opportunity with a well-established national Title Company for their office located in Miami, FL.

The Escrow Closer is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Managing real estate title files from contract to closing, including preparation of the HUD/Closing Disclosure.
• Reviewing title searches and resolving title issues.
• Communicating with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, real estate agents, builders, and lenders.
• Preparing all closing documents.
• Scheduling closings (no table closing required).

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Title/Escrow Closer role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with SoftPro Select software.
• Florida Title Agent License.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay Rate Range: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
