Reporting into a multi-site HR leader, this role oversees any on-site HR Generalists and provides guidance on complex HR matters, organizational development, and change management.## **WHAT YOU'LL DO:*** Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.* Partner with senior management to identify talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.* Lead and mentor HR Generalists, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and conflict resolution.* Collaborate with department heads to address organizational challenges, promote teamwork, and enhance employee engagement.* Drive performance management processes, including performance coaching, talent development, and career planning.* Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess organizational effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.* Lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational development interventions to support business growth and transformation.* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, labor relations, and diversity initiatives.## **WHAT YOU'LL NEED:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field* 2 to 4 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic business partnering.* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.* Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and managing organizational change.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.## **WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE:*** Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred* Proficiency in Workday and data analysis tools.## **WHY TEASDALE:***At Teasdale Latin Foods, our People Principles are all about Living LATIN.*What is LATIN, and how do I live it?
