A growing automotive dealership is looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to help keep vehicle paperwork and deals moving smoothly. If you're organized, accurate, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit!
What You'll Do
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork
- Review deals for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records and assist with reporting
- Work with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Answer customer questions regarding titles and registrations
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- 2+ years of automotive dealership title or billing experience
- Experience with vehicle titles and registration processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dealership management software experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
