Responsibilities include:Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patientMonitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplinesEnsure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician ordersReview of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visitsInform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care SupervisorRequired Certifications and Licensures:BLS (Basic Life Support)RN (Registered Nurse) LicenseDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)Education:Required Associate's or Diploma NursingPreferred Bachelor's NursingExperience:Required 1 year Registered Nurse or 1 year Licensed Practical NursePreferred 1 year Home CareWhy join BayCare HomeCare?
