Customer Service Representative

Full Circle Fine Art is seeking applications for a part-time customer service position. Established in 1987, Full Circle Fine Art is a professional arts studio in Baltimore City providing archival framing and printing, art reproduction, photography lab services, customized presentation services, and collection digitization. For the creative professional, or art student, this role offers an immersive window into gallery-quality production, fine art printing, and professional analog/digital workflows. Surrounded by working artists, photographers, and high-end equipment, you'll gain firsthand insight into the craft while supporting a vibrant creative community. Duties Include: Greeting and directing customers at the front desk when they arrive Taking film orders and payments from customers Scheduling customer appointmentsAnswering questions and/or directing inquiries to the correct staff Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls Ensuring the reception area is tidy and clean Requirements & Qualifications: Background: Active involvement, education, or personal practice in fine arts, photography, or a related creative field (strongly preferred) Customer Service: 1–3 years of professional customer service experience Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional attitude/appearance Skills: Strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Technical: Experience with POS systems and clear penmanship Education: High school diploma, or equivalent; college degree preferred Perks for Creatives: Regular exposure to museum-grade printing, framing, and analog lab techniques.
