HIRING: Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) – GenAI / Full Stack
Location: Irving, TX – Onsite 5 Days/Week
Experience: 12+ YOE Mandatory | 14+ YOE Preferred
We are looking for a highly experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Full-Stack Development to work closely with enterprise LOB teams and drive AI-powered productivity and SDLC transformation.

1⃣ Advanced Java 17 + Spring Boot Microservices
2⃣ Strong hands-on GenAI experience, including MCP development
3⃣ Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments and drive GenAI adoption
Responsibilities include:
* Design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions
* Integrate AI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows
* Partner with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery
* Lead AI tool onboarding, training, and enablement
* Establish GenAI best practices and adoption strategies
* Optimize AI tool performance and workflows
* Troubleshoot, tune, and scale enterprise AI solutions
