Physician Internal Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description

Cascade Medical in Leavenworth is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a highly stable and collaborative primary care team as Medical Director. Work alongside 6 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners in a physician-friendly organization known for strong retention, supportive leadership, and exceptional work-life balance.

• Outpatient only with no call requirements
• Dedicated time for administrative medical director duties each week
• Max expectation of 18 patients per day
• 4-day work week
• Option to incorporate specific interests in pain management or other areas into your practice
• Some ability to utilize Spanish language skills

Compensation:
• Base salary + Medical Director hourly rate of ~$290,804.10
• Incentive bonus guarantee of $14,000
• Quality bonus incentive
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Total package prior to loan repayment is ~$344,804 - Negotiable based on skills and experience
