We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Escrow Clerk to join our growing team.Essential Functions:Post refunds to escrow accountsMake disbursements from escrow accountsOpen and scan incoming mailCall insurance companies and agentsAssist borrowers via email or phoneProcess yearly and or interim escrow analysisCalling tax collectors or navigating county websitesAnswer general insurance claim questions according to the policy and procedureLogging, scanning, and tracking requests in our system of record, MSPMinimum Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions givenMust be able to type at a rate at least 50 WPMExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook+)Prior mortgage experience requiredPhysical Demand:Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsMust be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephoneAble to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to physically type
