Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience supporting school-aged students with diverse communication needs
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to serving at two school locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, attendance, and workload
• Travel between two school sites as needed to ensure consistent support for students
• Consult with educators on classroom strategies and accommodations
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
