The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care nursing, specifically within a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at a Level 1 facility.Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery.\n Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.\n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.\n Utilize advanced monitoring systems and technology to ensure patient safety.\n Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and health management.\n Qualifications\n \n Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSICU or CVICU setting.\n Experience in a Level 1 facility is required.\n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.\n Proficiency in utilizing EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system is mandatory.\n Shift Details\n This position entails night shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts each week from 19:00 to 07:00.Additional Information\n As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in the recovery of patients in critical condition following cardiac procedures.
