RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating late shifts
• No weekends and no call requirements
• All staff participate in rotating "late" requirements to stay if cases extend into evening
• Must work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment (2 holidays required for winter holidays)
• Electrophysiology Lab RN position with scrub experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Must have cardiac background and EP lab experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCES
• Skills required: EP mapping, sterile technique, EKG lead placement, dysrhythmia recognition and interpretation
• Experience with equipment: Fluro, Siemens, Ultrasound, Phillips, Carto Ensite, Cardiolab
• Knowledge of isolation precautions, equipment handling, and supply management required
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for adult patients
• Facility closes on holidays
• Must live a minimum of 50 miles from facility per driver's license address
• Modules completed during first week averaging 2-8.5 hours
