Mechanical Inspector I or II

**Mechanical Inspector I**, Starting Pay Range: $28.34 - $31.00* High School Diploma or its equivalent ***and*** 4+ years of experience in plans review and/or inspections.* **OR:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Fire Administration, Building Construction/Inspection, or related field may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience, with at least 1 year in field construction (*30 college credits is considered equivalent to one year of experience*).* Must have *or the ability to obtain* within 120 days of hire a provisional license as a Standard Inspector in the applicable Mechanical trade. (***We can help with this!***)* Must possess *or be able to obtain*a Standard Inspector license in the Mechanical trade within 12 months of hire or prior to the expiration of the provisional license, not to exceed 24 months from the date of hire.
